Our New Year at this hotel was wonderful. The beach was stunning, with plenty of chairs available. We loved the fact that the hotel provided water sports, including kayaks and paddleboards. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious.
The room we stayed in was quite small and cramped. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and we noticed that the hot water wasn't always reliable.

Our vacation on a beautiful, private 300, foot beach was amazing. the location was always right on the beach, which was well, maintained, with cushioned chairs and plenty of shade. the service was extraordinary, with staff fulfilling all our needs, including beach chair setup and all meals. the rooms were spacious, well, decorated, and had comfortable beds. We enjoyed fresh fruit cups when we arrived and excellent coffee each morning. the grounds were lush with tropical foliage, and the ambiance was peaceful and serene.
The resort lacked a variety of premium liquor options beyond rum, Stoli Vodka, and Jose Cuervo Gold, which were part of the all, inclusive package.

the luxurious amenities and excellent service met all our needs. the private facilities, including the outdoor dining area and the stunning swimming pool, made us feel exclusive and incredibly pampered.
We would have appreciated a magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom, as well as a better system for communicating with the staff when we were on the beach.

Friendly staff and delicious food. Beach access was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and shops yet still peaceful.
The pool was small and not enough chairs for all guests. the all-inclusive package did not include premium liquor and the included options were limited.
